RAA City, located at 150 Grenfell Street in the Adelaide CBD, is the new workplace for RAA, South Australia’s largest member organisation. The six-level workplace was designed by Walter Brooke and delivered by Schiavello Construction, featuring premium finishes, executive and collaboration spaces, an interconnecting staircase connecting Levels 2 to 6, and new ground-floor café and retail facilities.
Thirteen Commercial Cleaning was engaged by Schiavello Construction to deliver the cleaning scope throughout the final stages of the fit-out and completion of RAA City.
The project was delivered within a demanding one-month timeframe, with Thirteen mobilising a team of more than 40 people on site to meet the project schedule and manage the cleaning requirements across the six-level workplace.
Our scope included Builders Clean, detailed cleaning, window cleaning and steam cleaning, as well as the final presentation of completed areas ahead of the building’s occupation.
Working closely with Schiavello Construction and coordinating our activities around ongoing fit-out works and other trades, our team managed the cleaning requirements across multiple areas of the project while maintaining the required standards throughout the delivery period.
Despite the compressed timeframe and the scale of the workforce required, the cleaning scope was completed to a high standard of quality and presentation, supporting the successful completion and handover of the new RAA City workplace.
The project is another example of Thirteen Commercial Cleaning’s ability to rapidly mobilise large teams, manage multiple cleaning disciplines and deliver high-quality results within demanding commercial construction and fit-out programs.
