Over a four-month period, Thirteen Commercial Cleaning completed the final cleaning works across the East Rundle development in Kent Town, delivered by Palumbo, with a team of more than 40 personnel involved throughout the program.
The scope covered the final cleaning of residential apartments, common areas, tenant spaces, car parks and associated areas across the development. Works included detailed internal and external glass cleaning, surface detailing and the removal of construction dust, residue and marks from finished surfaces.
The project also involved specialist abseiling works for external glazing, providing access to areas that required high-level cleaning beyond conventional access methods. Internal glazing, frames and surrounding surfaces were also detailed as part of the final presentation works.
With multiple areas progressing simultaneously, the cleaning program required coordination across different stages of completion and consistent attention to detail throughout the site. Each area was progressively cleaned and prepared as construction activities were completed, including apartments, shared spaces and external areas.
The scope concluded with residential and shared areas prepared for their respective handover and occupancy stages.
