A major new sporting facility is taking shape at Thebarton, and Thirteen Commercial Cleaning is proud to be part of the Adelaide Football Club’s next chapter, having been awarded the builder’s clean package for the club’s new state-of-the-art facility by Tandem Building.
As the project moves towards completion, our team is well underway on site, having completed the specialist high-level dusting phase and now progressing through the detailed internal cleaning programme. The scale and quality of the facility require specialist equipment, experienced teams and meticulous attention to detail across every space.
Our scope covers the detailed cleaning of glazing and glass, vacuuming throughout the facility, cabinets and joinery, balustrades, balconies, common areas, bathrooms, amenities and staff facilities, as well as the pool and wet areas. High-level works have also required specialised equipment and careful planning to reach difficult areas during the final stages of construction.
The project marks an important milestone for 13CC as we continue to strengthen our presence across South Australia’s sporting sector. Our work at the new Adelaide Crows facility adds to our experience supporting major sporting organisations, including the Port Adelaide Football Club and Adelaide United.
Working across AFL and soccer facilities has given our team valuable experience in the standards and operational requirements of high-performance sporting environments. These are spaces used by elite athletes, coaches, staff, members and the wider community, where presentation and attention to detail matter at every level.
The new Adelaide Football Club facility at Thebarton will provide a modern home for the club’s football, high-performance, administration and broader operations, creating a world-class environment designed to support the Crows well into the future.
With handover approaching, our focus is now on delivering the final level of detail expected from a facility of this scale and importance — another significant project for Adelaide and another strong addition to our growing sporting portfolio.
