Healthcare infrastructure plays an important role in supporting growing communities, and we were proud to be part of the recent expansion of Estia Health Myrtle Bank, delivered alongside Schiavello Construction.
Over two weeks, around 20 Thirteen Commercial Cleaning team members worked across the new two-storey extension, preparing the spaces for handover with detailed internal and external glass cleaning, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
The expansion adds 46 new residential beds and four independent apartments, extending the existing facility and creating more purpose-built spaces for residents and the wider community. From newly completed rooms to shared spaces and detailed finishes, every area required a high level of attention to ensure the extension was ready for the people who will use it.
Projects like this are a reminder that growth in healthcare is not only about building more space, but about creating environments that are practical, welcoming and ready to support the community for years to come. Another project where our team was proud to play a part in bringing new infrastructure to life.
