A commercial space designed around accessibility and patient support requires a different approach to its final presentation. At Xtracare Equipment’s new purpose-built facility, Thirteen Commercial Cleaning was involved in preparing the environment for the teams and customers who would use it every day.

Constructed by Partek, the development brings together a showroom, consulting rooms, offices, workshop areas and shared spaces, creating a facility focused on mobility, independence and personalised support.

Our works covered the internal and external areas of the development, including detailed cleaning of the extensive glass throughout the building. Internal and external glazing was cleaned and detailed alongside the surrounding frames and finishes, helping prepare the facility for its transition from construction to day to day operations.

Floor care was another significant part of the works, with detailed scrubbing carried out across the facility to remove construction residue and prepare finished flooring. Offices, common areas and other internal spaces were also cleaned throughout the development.

The external areas received the same treatment, including pressure washing of the car park using high-pressure equipment to remove accumulated construction dust, dirt and residue from the finished surfaces.

With consulting and showroom spaces designed around people who rely on mobility and assistive equipment, the final cleaning was about more than presentation. It helped prepare a clean, accessible and functional environment for Xtracare’s team and the people they support.
