Junction Thrive at Tonsley is a great example of that, with the seven-storey development bringing 50 new apartments to one of Adelaide’s fastest-growing innovation and residential precincts. Delivered by Schiavello Construction, the project forms part of a broader investment in social and youth housing across South Australia.
Thirteen Commercial Cleaning was proud to play a role in the delivery of this new infrastructure, working across the development to prepare completed areas and help bring the apartments and shared spaces to their final stage.
With a project that combines housing, community services and long-term development, Junction Thrive represents more than another addition to the Tonsley skyline.
